- 移除 POLYMARKET_WALLET_ACTIVITY_* / PREWARM_* 等废弃环境变量

Directive: 文档与代码同步清理，无功能变更

calculate_dynamic_weights 从 daily_record 读取 hourly_error 参与权重计算

update_daily_record 接受并持久化 hourly_error 字段
