以唯一本体及原资源YAML为语义和事实源，新增19个实现选区初审、13入口、158原ID分流与只读清单。
补来源用途、入口归属、严格输入、生成所有权及宽表预算验证；父仓库来源绑定已发布的同树修订。
Docs sync: 根README/AGENTS及metadata/scripts/tools所属文档、Make目标同步。
验证：相关5组通过；功法协议7组与总表4组通过；本轮make test一次exit2，既有Mathing镜像360/355及digest不符。
不新增本体节点、功法评级、独立批准、运行/效果/许可事实；不执行被审程序。

* feat: gongfa - 建立版本登记、初评历史与统一总表
新增功法 JSON 登记、固定来源、十二级词表及限定初评历史。
统一全部410条记录的Markdown/Excel生成视图，不把331候选自动登记或重评。
复用既有JSON Schema、BeautifulSoup和openpyxl，增加离线检查与相关行为契约。
同步本体、README/AGENTS、metadata、AI入口、Makefile及脚本说明。
79登记，408初评、2不可判，正式评级0；规约仍为未校准草案。
冻结网页快照保留原始空白，以SHA核对而不修剪来源字节。
本地完整make test退出2，历史Mathing镜像文件数与摘要不符；不宣称全仓通过。
* refactor: gongfa - 统一正文并退役旧目录
33篇旧正文与首页3篇文集统一到docs/gongfa，按任务功能导航。
退役concepts/philosophy/references/workflow及额外旧正文位置，不留永久兼容页壳。
同步README/AGENTS、taxonomy、redirects、AI入口、研究消费者和路径检查器。
仅更新12个来源当前导航与62个Excel导航格；身份、版本、冻结来源和历史意见保持。
36篇文集不自动产生新功法身份或品级。
4项迁移契约、7组登记协议与4组总表维护测试通过，完整门禁保留历史Mathing失败。
最终产品tree对齐重构后冻结版本；未执行来源命令、远端发布或保护规则变更。

Move the complete research domain from docs/research to root-level research, update indexes and path-aware tooling, and align raw snapshot governance and CODEOWNERS.\n\nVerified with make test and GitHub CI.
