将五个HTML页面实现与my-nvim配置程序从纳入对象移至逐项范围排除；保留固定来源证据，支持同一入口的多项排除并阻止静默复入。
验证：法器维护5组通过；make test exit 2，唯一失败为既有Mathing镜像数量与摘要漂移。
未执行被排除程序，未改第三方源码。
