docs(readme): 修正「个人开源」徽章乱码 — URL 编码多出 %E4%BA%AA 致渲染为「个亪人开源」

alt 文本一直正确, 仅 shields.io URL 路径部分有误, 故 README 上显示为 5 个字的乱码徽章。乱码自 0.3.2 的 369f04d4 README 大改版引入, 经合并带入 main。已用解码与 shields.io SVG title 双重核对。
