0xfnzero 184f1cc583 fix(instruction): complete pump ix modules and pumpfun utils after params split
Adds pumpfun_ix_data / pumpswap_ix_data; exports used by trading::core::params::PumpFunParams.
chore(release): bump version to 4.0.6
