The 3 disposition docs below become the next commit.

• Preserved: pinc-stash-rescue 0c90725b — KEEP-PRESERVED (BLOCKED) per HARD SAFETY RULES §2; branch pinc-stash-rescue + wt C:/tmp/pinc-stash-wt intact, not popped/dropped/modified. Verified after disposition: git branch --list pinc* shows + pinc-stash-rescue, git worktree list | grep pinc shows C:/tmp/pinc-stash-wt 0c90725b.
• Why dropped: Each of the 6 had an independent agent report (forensic_recovery_20260904/agent1..6-report.md) proving 0 unique required work, replacement already on main, and destructive if restored (stale search.js truncation, FLAG resurrect, stale site overwite). Forensic patches remain under forensic_recovery_20260904/stash-{0..5}.patch + stash-{i}-tracked.patch + stash-{i}-parent.txt + agent*-report.md for provenance even after stash drop.

Model

• No valid model work lost: stash@{2}'s useful 70D fast-path (three_model.py compute_70d_frame → compute_70d_frame_fast) was already integrated as 6bb76497 → merge 3179df9c (HEAD 01ab9c7c, byte-identical slow vs fast max diff 0.0, F401 fix strictly better than stash 09ba4df0; agent3 corroborated). Current three_model.py on main remains the canonical one; no model commit created during disposition.
• No stale model work reintroduced: Stash @{2} status bump 9.0.6→8 not reapplied (HEAD 9.0.9), stash @{2} scratch probes rejected, pinc-stash-rescue bulk temporal/scaler/forensics regressions not merged.
• Current model source unchanged by this cleanup: Only dispositions were stash drops + disposition docs + 3 prunable worktrees; src/nexus_scalp/model_generation/three_model.py not modified.

GitHub Pages

• Tracked: YES — site/_site is intentionally tracked (git ls-files site/_site 100s of HTML, .gitignore lists site/_build/, site/public/, site/cache/ — not _site). CI .github/workflows/docs.yml builds fresh in both validate and deploy jobs and uploads site/_site as actions/upload-pages-artifact path site/_site.
• Regenerated: YES — P3 forensic/p3-build-site-cleanup changed scripts/docs/build_site.py (FLAG tail removal ebee9b83 1949→1347 + docs-enhance wiring 54227f52), committed as 4261c3d2 docs(site): regenerate site/_site (v9.0.9 drift heal + docs-enhance wiring) — 334 pages, 5 langs, v9.0.9 badge/rev, docs-enhance.css/js wired. Subsequent a5e2ccc4/345932e3 are md-only, so _site at HEAD remains current. No old stash snapshot restored (holds 339× _site were stale vs 4261c3d2).
• Docs health: PASS — python scripts/docs/check_docs.py DOCS_HEALTH = PASS (links/translations/RTL/SEO/perf/mermaid/site-build/assets/secrets/drift 9.0.9), ruff + mypy + py_compile clean on scripts/docs/build_site.py, temp --out C:/tmp/site_test emits docs-enhance.css/js.
• Deployment state: No deployment config change pending; docs.yml already correct.

Worktrees

• Pruned (3): scratch/rungate/781097ee (781097ee detached), scratch/rungate/ddcbc9b7 (ddcbc9b7 detached), scratch/rungate/eebefab4 (eebefab4 detached) — all prunable (backing dir No such file or directory), no unique model work, HEAD identical to main (345932e3). Removed via git worktree prune -v (Removing worktrees/781097ee, ddcbc9b7, eebefab4). 3 detached HEADs pruned, 6 stashes dropped.
• Kept (19): main + C:/tmp/pinc-stash-wt (pinc-stash-rescue) + .worktrees/subagent-sa-* ×4 + C:/c/Users/.../nse-*/nse_*/agent5-inv/nexus-main-supervisor/nexus-relcert/nqa_wt_*/nse_security_work ×12 — dirty or detached-HEAD with potential unique work not in this disposition's scope; hermes subagent branches (~90) not blindly deleted (per §12).

• Hygiene (non-blocking): ~90 hermes-subagent/* branches — stale-fork artifact (1177+ ahead illusion from forking 16e86d70/d6c0c1a3 before v9.0.9 heals); not wiped en masse (per §12 — limit to recovery-relevant scope). Record as separate branch-hygiene item.
• No Pages debt: No stale site/_site remains; no FLAG era code remains on main.
• No model debt: No min_bars forwarding nuance requires hotfix (agent3 noted dropped min_bars kwarg in three_model.py 70d fast path — defaults 55 both sides, no caller passes custom for 70d; 1-kwarg delta if ever needed).
