- broker-history sync: the terminal's history_orders_get()/deals_get() return real UTC + 360 min, but rows were stored verbatim (deals +6h) and only the +180 server offset was applied when reconstructing trades (+3h future). Effective fetch window lagged ~6h -> newest closed deals never entered audit_broker_deals for hours. Add a dedicated BROKER_HISTORY_UTC_OFFSET_MINUTES (deals/orders path only; ticks/rates keep +180, BUG-188 verified), shift fetch boundaries into the terminal base, and normalize deal/order/trade times to real UTC at storage. One-time DB migration applied (AUDIT-0010-broker-history-timebase- normalize, WAL-safe, idempotent via schema_migrations). - Web: zh i18n fixes (app.js / ux_i18n.js / index.html / 使用手册.md) - configs/base.yaml: risk_per_trade_pct 0.5->0.3, confidence_threshold 0.35->0.42, giveback_arm_r 0.5->1.0 - strategy factory: defensive JSON-text parsing for registry columns (BUG-130 'str' has no attribute get): _json_field in orchestrator, ranking, summarizer - docs: add docs/guides/configuration.md (config layer reference) Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Full project import for the self-hosted code hosting (https://code.aifunny.ltd/gavindiaz/my-NexusTradingForexBot.git). Includes the live-freshness + scaler-hash fixes for the permanent STALE dashboard (tick_pipeline now_utc stamps; infer_probabilities computes model_input_hash on the actual scaled 70D tensor), the data-fetch default-path fix, the g29 web-auth test fixes, and a Chinese user manual (使用手册.md) for the web dashboard.
