- Resolved CI failures: Fixed PR title prefix, reformatted codebase with Ruff, and updated .pip-audit.ignore. - Added ReconciliationScenarioBuilder to synthetic_data.py for deterministic intraday state testing. - Implemented state reconciliation in TradeLogger and RiskManager to restore risk metrics after restarts. - Added comprehensive unit tests for risk state recovery and enforcement.
