🩺 Technical Project Health Dashboard
This dashboard provides real-time visibility into the technical health, process integrity, and evidence status of the repository.
📊 Quick Status
| Metric | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| CI Success Rate | 🟡 AMBER | Fast validation linter check flagged 14 Ruff lint/import-order issues across src/ and tests/. |
| PR Backlog | 🔴 563 Stale | 100% of open PRs are stale relative to the latest active commit on main. |
| Process Integrity | 🟢 HEALTHY | Fully linear, intact git history with 1,260+ commits tracing back to root. |
| Evidence Maturity | 🟢 Active Verification | Verified subsystem maturity in Evidence Scorecard. |
🏗️ Technical Health Details
🧪 CI & Testing
- Status: 🟡 AMBER
- Issue: Global Fast Validation linter check has 14 Ruff linter errors across core models, trading, utilities, and tests following PR #2014 integration.
- Process Integrity Tracking: Detailed invariant and linter drift status logged in Process Integrity Log.
🧹 Code Quality (Ruff)
- Total Errors: 14 (Global check)
- Key Areas:
src/models/: RUF022__all__sorting insrc/models/__init__.py.src/trading/: RUF022__all__sorting, unused imports (F401/F811), and import order (I001).src/utils/: Import sorting (I001) and redefinition (F811) insrc/utils/synthetic_data.py.tests/: Import sorting (I001) and regex pattern warnings (RUF043).
- Remediation Strategy: Running
ruff check --fix .(or individual fixes owned by Jules02) resolves 10 of 14 errors automatically. Developer experience and verification diagnostics remain unblocked.
📜 Process Integrity
- Status: 🟢 HEALTHY
- Resolution of Past Warnings: Programmatic verification of origin/main has confirmed that the repository history is 100% linear, intact, and fully preserved with over 1,260 commits tracing back to the root commit (
10e33dfd). - Shallow Clone Discovery: The continuous claims in previous log entries about "monolithic history grafts" and "ancestry destruction" were identified as false-positive artifacts. These were caused by developer-experience agents operating within isolated sandboxes using shallow clones (depth=1), which report only a single node. No remote history destruction or grafting has ever occurred.
- Current Active State: Linear, unbroken git history is fully preserved, ensuring complete forensic auditiability of all quantitative and trading logic changes.

🧱 Technical Debt & Architectural Drift
- Status: 🟡 MANAGED
- Overview: Active technical debt items are tracked and categorized in the Technical Debt Log.
- Key Categories:
- Quality: Legacy utcnow temporal markers, Ruff linting/upgrade warnings, raw print statement refactoring.
- Fragmentation: LSTM attention model centralization, RL agent stubs (Dreamer/PPO), reward function shaping.
- Duplication: Signal direction index mapping harmonization.
