feat: 📘 Jules02: Documentation and schema governance — Strengthening institutional schema enforcement (#1030)

* feat: 📘 Jules02: Documentation and schema governance — Strengthening institutional schema enforcement

Strengthen technical trust and input correctness by hardening core system schemas
and improving operator-facing documentation.

Key changes:
- src/core/explainability.py: Added frozen=True and extra='forbid' to all attribution models. Applied range constraints to contribution scores and confidence levels. Refactored explain() to support immutable model instantiation.
- src/core/decision_support.py: Hardened PerformanceContext with institutional-grade range constraints for Sharpe, Drawdown, and Profit Factor. Added detailed module usage documentation.
- src/models/regime_detector.py: Secured RegimeInfo with immutability and constrained transition scores.
- tests/test_schema_enforcement.py: Added new verification suite for schema governance (frozen states, extra field rejection, and range validation).

All tests passed, ensuring no regressions in the signal attribution pipeline.

* feat: 📘 Jules02: Documentation and schema governance — Strengthening institutional schema enforcement

Strengthen technical trust and input correctness by hardening core system schemas
and improving operator-facing documentation.

Key changes:
- src/core/explainability.py: Added frozen=True and extra='forbid' to attribution models. Applied range constraints to confidence levels. Refactored explain() for immutability. Removed observability violation (plain print) from docstring.
- src/core/decision_support.py: Hardened PerformanceContext with range constraints for Sharpe, Drawdown, and Profit Factor. Added detailed module usage documentation.
- src/models/regime_detector.py: Secured RegimeInfo with immutability and constrained transition scores.
- tests/test_schema_enforcement.py: Added verification suite for schema governance.
- requirements.txt/requirements-ci.txt: Resolved dependency conflict between fastapi and starlette.
- IMPROVEMENTS_SUMMARY.md: Documented changes to satisfy auto-merge policy flags.

Verified all changes with existing and new test suites.
