docs: update daily process integrity log [2026-10-26] (#2137)

Appends daily process integrity report for 2026-10-26 18:00 GMT+4
confirming 🟢 GREEN status on main. Process invariants are fully
holding, with PR #2136 safely integrated. Pre-existing linter notes
flagged for Jules02 follow-up without touching application source code.

- **Stale PR Backlog:** Stale open PR backlog remains in place (562 open PRs) but does not affect current system safety on `main`.
