docs: update daily process integrity log [2026-11-01] (#2156)

Update docs/status/PROCESS_INTEGRITY_LOG.md for the scheduled 05:20 PM GMT+4 run.
Process invariants remain fully holding on main (GREEN status).
Verified safe-surface merges daa7d42c (PR #2154) and ca3a50ae (PR #2155).
Zero changes to trading, risk, or sensitive logic.
Baseline Ruff linter and stale PR backlog follow-ups flagged for Jules02 and Jules05.

- **Stale PR Backlog:** Stale open PR backlog remains in place (563 open PRs) but does not affect current system safety on `main`.
