docs: update daily merge-readiness checklist [2026-10-20] (#2106)

Browse Source 
Updated docs/status/MERGE_READY_CHECKLIST.md and docs/status/PR_TRIAGE_DAILY.md via scripts/generate_triage_report.py with current candidate PR information and mandatory rebase target SHA 737d028fcc. Verified safety guardrails and executed unit tests cleanly.
