CongressionalStockBrain (congressionalstockbrain.com) is an AI-powered tool that ingests STOCK Act disclosures — the mandatory trade filings submitted by U.S. senators and representatives — and converts them into machine-scored signals for systematic traders and quant researchers.

It belongs in the Alternative data sources section alongside SEC EDGAR tools like edgartools, as it provides a unique, legally-mandated dataset (lawmaker trading activity) that can be used as an alternative signal in equity strategies.
