Add Volametric to crypto_focus (options analytics, 5 exchanges) (#160)

Prices 44 option structure types across Bybit, Deribit, OKX, Thalex and Derive on one Black-76 engine and ranks them by expected value. The iron condor entry gate is open with no account at https://volametric.com/gate/, so the output can be checked without signing up.
