Bumped: Cargo workspace + wickra-core dep, Cargo.lock (cargo build), pyproject.toml, node package.json (+6 optionalDependencies), 6 npm platform package.json, both package-lock.json, CHANGELOG ([Unreleased] -> [0.5.4]).
