release: bump 0.6.1 -> 0.6.2 (#194)

Version bump for the **v0.6.2** release shipping the **B7 Trailing Stops** family (#193): 434 -> 440 indicators. Bumps workspace + Python/Node/WASM package versions, lockfiles and CHANGELOG (cuts the `[0.6.2]` section). No code changes.
