release: bump 0.6.5 -> 0.6.6 (#203)

Release 0.6.6 — ships the B11 Pivots & S/R indicators (467 total) plus the bit-exact batch fast paths and benchmark refresh from #202. Version-string bump only: Cargo workspace + wickra-core dep, Python pyproject, Node package.json (+6 platform packages), both package-lock files, Cargo.lock, and CHANGELOG.
