release: bump 0.5.7 -> 0.5.8 (#185)

Version bump for the B4 price oscillators release (#184): `TsfOscillator`, `MacdHistogram`, `PpoHistogram` — 420 → 423 indicators. Bumps workspace + bindings (Cargo.toml/lock, pyproject, node package.json + 6 platform manifests + lockfiles) and rolls CHANGELOG `[Unreleased]` into `[0.5.8]`.
