1026-VBCN：发布413条功法、30条法器的新增v2术语内容及305条工作性定义修订。
冻结原文、书目、对象身份和评级历史保留；123项相关测试及文档检查通过。未新增独立语义审核或工具运行效果证明；远端Actions已退役。
