1026-VBCN：发布413条功法、30条法器的新增v2术语内容及305条工作性定义修订。
冻结原文、书目、对象身份和评级历史保留；123项相关测试及文档检查通过。未新增独立语义审核或工具运行效果证明；远端Actions已退役。

迁移443条说明到v2二十项结构，保留来源、书目与历史意见；经验迁移功法暂拟天阶初级。442条概念及443条条目注释仍待核，不主张独立语义审查、运行、效果或正式评级已经完成。
