refactor: 移除 i18n 层级，将 zh 内容展开到根目录

- 删除 i18n/en/ 英文版本 - 将 i18n/zh/ 下的 documents/, prompts/, skills/, workflow/ 移至根目录 - 更新所有 i18n/zh/ 路径引用 - 更新 AGENTS.md 目录结构说明
