- 新增 scripts/sync_versions.py: VERSION / backend/pyproject.toml / _FALLBACK_VERSION 三处伴生标记由 package.json 派生, --check 供 CI/本地校验 - release.yml / docker.yml 构建前先跑同步脚本, 杜绝只改 package.json 时产物版本漂移 - Dockerfile 运行时改读 /app/frontend/package.json
