lifespan shutdown (容器停止/重启) 也调用 stop(), 原实现无条件 _save_enabled(False) 会把用户开启的实时行情持久化成关闭, 重启后 boot_check 读到 False 需手动再开。持久化语义移至 disable() (用户主动关闭)。
