feat: enhance event filtering and monitoring system

Browse Source 
- Add EventTypeFilter for precise event type filtering
- Refactor metrics to track events by type (tx/account/block)
- Add parser caching for improved performance
- Enhance gRPC subscription management
- Update examples and type definitions
