feat: refactor subscription API with multi-filter support

- Support multiple transaction/account filters as vectors
- Add Token2022 extended state parsing
- Add pumpswap pool monitoring example
- Enhance AccountFilter with memcmp filters

BREAKING CHANGE: API signature changes for subscription methods
