ysq 544e65318d refactor: optimize AccountMeta creation with lazy static constants
- Consolidate protocol constants to unified module
- Pre-build AccountMeta objects using once_cell::Lazy
- Reduce instruction building overhead across all DEX protocols
- Improve code maintainability and performance
