feat: optimize Bonk protocol with caching and wSOL management

- Add instruction/PDA caching for Bonk operations
- Implement reusable wSOL management module
- Support pre-computed pool addresses in BonkParams
- Optimize memory allocation with SmallVec and fixed arrays
- Reduce code duplication across protocols
