feat(pumpfun): bonding curve buy_v2/sell_v2/buy_exact_quote_in_v2 + quote_mint decode

- Switch swap ix assembly to unified v2 account layout (sharing_config, quote ATAs, buyback recipient).
- Decode bonding curve account with optional trailing quote_mint; sync idl/pump.json from pump-public-docs.
- Legacy buy/buy_exact_sol_in/sell encoders retained for reference.
