docs: record that quote-mint decimals are resolved from chain

The quote-asset notes covered resolving a quote mint's token program but not
its decimals, which is the more dangerous of the two: amounts like
max_sol_cost are in the mint's raw units, so assuming 9 decimals for a
6-decimal mint overstates the cap by 1000x and effectively disables slippage
protection. Both facts come from the same getAccountInfo, so the read costs
nothing extra.

offset 44 in both SPL Token and Token-2022 mints — extensions are appended
after the base struct and never move it (verified 2026-09-16 against
`jsonParsed` on six mints: plain SPL at 82 bytes and Token-2022 with
extensions at 405, 690 and 866 bytes, all matching).
