Hidden Markov Models

Gaussian HMM for regime detection and sequence modelling.

Usage

Notes

  • Uses Rust backend when available; falls back to Python.
  • fit runs Baum-Welch; predict runs Viterbi.
  • Call score(X) to compute log-likelihood.
