docs: fix incorrect binary paths in CLAUDE.md

Browse Source 
- Changed /target/release/mt5-quant to /mt5-quant for prebuilt binary path
- Added path notes explaining prebuilt vs dev build locations
- Fixed both Full Example and Environment Variables sections
