* 🧹 Jules05: Technical debt cleanup — Audit & Harmonization - Audit and update `docs/technical-debt/DEBT_LOG.md` with new findings. - Standardize temporal markers by replacing `datetime.utcnow()` with `datetime.now(timezone.utc)`. - Fix hundreds of fixable Ruff linting errors (UP, I, F, E, W, RET, SIM, B rules). - Replace raw `print()` statements in `main.py` with structured logging. - Centralize BUY/SELL/HOLD mapping logic in `explainability.py`. - Verify changes by running comprehensive test suite.
