 244528e889 docs: formalize pre-production deployment gate checklist (#1101) 
- Create/Update docs/PREPROD_CHECKLIST.md with 10 mandatory gates.
- Organize checklist into Quality, Infrastructure, Risk, and Governance sections.
- Enforce 85% coverage floor per enterprise standards.
- Include verification traceability for Atlas auditor compliance.

Pre-Production Deployment Gate Checklist

This document establishes the formal production deployment gate. Completion of all items is mandatory for any release to the production environment.

Goal: Zero-exception enforcement of deployment readiness.

Deployment Verification Gates

1. Continuous Integration & Quality

  • All CI checks passing: Linting (Ruff), Type-checks (Mypy), and Security Scans (Gitleaks/Trivy) are clean.
  • Test Coverage: Statement coverage is verified to be ≥85% (as per ENTERPRISE_STANDARDS.md).

2. Environment & Infrastructure

  • Environment Configuration: .env and system variables validated against scripts/validate_env.py.
  • Staging Health: All liveness and readiness probes are passing in the staging/pre-prod environment.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Prometheus metrics and Telegram alerts verified functional.

3. Strategy & Risk Validation

  • Backtest Results: Comprehensive backtest reports reviewed; Sharpe ratio and drawdown are within acceptable risk limits.
  • Rollback Readiness: Rollback plan (per docs/runbooks/05-failed-deployment-rollback.md) is documented and tested.

4. Release Governance

  • Release Documentation: RELEASE_NOTES.md prepared; documentation (README, runbooks, API docs) updated.
  • Defect Management: No open P0 (Critical) or P1 (High) severity bugs in the current release candidate.
  • Stakeholder Sign-off: Formal approval obtained from both technical and governance stakeholders.
