- Synchronized PROJECT_HEALTH.md and ENTERPRISE_EVIDENCE_SCORECARD.md.
- Improved risk classification heuristics in generate_triage_report.py to prioritize high/medium risk keywords.
- Resolved E741 ambiguous variable name 'l' in triage script.
- Verified changes with tests/test_triage_report.py (3/3 passing).
