- Create docs/DISASTER_RECOVERY.md with RPO/RTO targets and restore procedures.
- Enhance scripts/backup_verify.sh with hot backup, integrity checks, and checksums.
- Align retention policies with DATA_RETENTION_POLICY.md.
- Ensure automated verification of backups via SQLite dry-runs.
