* 🧬 Jules02: Synthetic test scenarios — Execution filter and model health generators - Added ExecutionScenarioBuilder to src/utils/synthetic_data.py to generate (TradeSignal, DataFrame) pairs for testing ExecutionFilter layers (ATR, Trend, EMA, Momentum). - Added ModelHealthGenerator to src/utils/synthetic_data.py for deterministic model stability testing. - Created tests/test_execution_scenarios.py to verify ExecutionFilter against these new scenarios. - Verified all scenarios pass/fail as expected under controlled conditions.
