* DX: improve developer onboarding and contribution experience This PR stabilizes the initial developer experience by removing external infrastructure requirements for the first run and hardening local environment security. ### Changes: - Updated `.env.example` to set `DATABASE_URL` to a local SQLite database (`sqlite:///data/trades.db`) by default. - Modified `scripts/bootstrap.sh` to automatically apply `chmod 600` to the `.env` file upon creation. - Updated `.gitignore` to exclude sandbox-specific artifacts (`file:*`, `test_engine.db`). ### Impact: - Enables a successful `make doctor` "SYSTEM READY" state immediately after `make bootstrap` without manual configuration. - Reduces "Time to First Success" for new developers. - Improves local security by preventing world-readable environment files. ### Validation: - Verified `make bootstrap` correctly creates `.env` with SQLite and secured permissions. - Verified `make doctor` reports "SYSTEM READY" on a fresh install. - Verified that existing test/lint failures are unrelated and pre-existing. - Verified removal of accidental binary artifacts from the workspace. ### Safety Check: - No trading, risk, or production execution logic was modified. - Changes are limited to developer-facing setup scripts, templates, and ignore rules.
