Key improvements: - Enhanced ScenarioGenerator with deterministic spread_pips and movement-correlated volume. - Added LifecycleScenarioBuilder for testing multi-stage system transitions (Failure -> Recovery). - Added ExecutionQualityScenarioBuilder for validating performance guards and slippage logic. - Robust test coverage for all new generators.
