Gets the value of "ScalePPB" property (scale is "point per bar" or not).

Value of "ScalePPB" property of the chart assigned to the class instance. If there is no chart assigned, it returns false.

# ScalePPB (Set Method)

Sets new value for "ScalePPB" property.
