Jimmy7892 761f8f7595 bench: accept a Researcher licence as a licensed tier ...

Since 0.29.0, license_info() reports "Researcher" for a Researcher licence
instead of "Pro". The sweep jobs only accepted "Pro", so on the 0.29.0 release
both the CPU sweeps job and the GPU job stopped at the activation step and
nothing was published.

ci_activate.py and sweep_child.tier() now accept any paid tier. The "pro" key
in the published results keeps its name and shape.

Checked with manifoldbt 0.29.0 and a Researcher licence: license_info() returns
"Researcher", ci_activate.py reports a licensed tier, tier() returns
{"pro": true}; benchmarks/gpu tests (21) and vs_vectorbt tests (36) pass.
