feat(bsc): add new BSC launchpad platforms

Add cubepeg, likwid, goplus_creator, goplus_skills, openfour after
four_xmode_agent; add flap_stocks and flap_aioracle after flap.
Updates both TRENCHES_PLATFORMS defaults and SKILL.md examples.
