fix: tooltip OIS charts — labelStyle + itemStyle pour texte lisible

Browse Source 
contentStyle.color n'affecte pas les textes internes de Recharts.
Ajout de labelStyle (date, gris) et itemStyle (valeur, blanc) sur les
deux Tooltip (Rate Curve + Implied Pts).
