Point CONTRIBUTING to the site that exists (#549)

Browse Source 
awesome-quant.com does not resolve (NXDOMAIN). The generated site is
published by .github/workflows/build.yml to GitHub Pages, which the Pages
API reports as https://wilsonfreitas.github.io/awesome-quant/ with no
custom CNAME configured.
