Add tessera-api to Market Data & Data Sources (#428)

Official Python client for Tessera: order-flow-enriched OHLCV, funding-rate,
and positioning datasets built from raw Hyperliquid trades, read into Polars
or DuckDB over a REST API. Open source (GPLv3).
