### TL;DR
- The Automatic Gain Control normalizes any oscillating signal to the \[-1, +1\] range through exponential peak tracking.
- Parameterized by `decay` (default 0.991).

- Validated against TA-Lib, Skender, and Tulip reference implementations where available.
