docs: sync with Polymarket docs - 2026-04-11

Browse Source 
- 249 files updated to match live docs.polymarket.com
- 14 URLs now return 404 (removed from live docs, local copies retained)
- New changelog entry: GET /markets and /events keyset pagination (Apr 10, 2026)
