* use CoSTEER as component name

* rename factorimplementation to avoid confusion

* rename modelimplementation

* align benchmark and evolving evaluators

* add scenario to evaluator init function

* rename all factorimplementationknowledge in CoSTEER

* remove all scenario related information in component

* remove useless code
