chore: Move config files to proper locations

Moved:
- ATTRIBUTION.md → docs/
- .bandit.yml → constraints/
- data_config.yaml → constraints/

Removed:
- selector.log (generated log file)

Root directory: 29 files → 26 files (only essentials)
