rithsila 885564cdaf Remove tests directory from git tracking and update .gitignore 
- Added tests/, Tests/, TESTS/ to .gitignore
- Removed tests directory from git tracking while keeping it locally
- Tests directory contains logs, validation reports, and temporary test files
- This prevents test artifacts from being committed to the repository
